Initial Interview

The objective is to comprehend how a candidate's values, ideas, and behaviour mesh with HBSUKs culture. Ensuring you will get the best out of your career journey with us.

Meet the Manager

Prospection employee’s meet with the hiring manager and their future peers. It is an opportunity for candidates to speak with one or more current employees.

Presentation Task Interview

This is a chance for candidates to demonstrate that they’ve thoughtfully considered what it would be like to work at HBSUK and an opportunity to show their skills and abilities to the hiring team.

Offer

Once the right candidate is selected, he/she/they will be issued an offer letter, which describes the designation, role, responsibilities, remuneration, benefits, and terms related to the HBSUK’s policies.
