Quality Policy

It is the policy of Healthcare Business Solutions (UK) (HBSUK) to maintain and continuously develop systems and processes to meet the requirements of ISO9001, ISO45001, ISO14001, ISO 27001, ISO26001, ISO22301 and the requirements of the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

Our success depends on our ability to meet the requirements of our clients, employees, stakeholders and interested parties and to continuously improve our product and service delivery while protecting our people, partners, clients, and the environment in which we work.

It is our policy to:

  • deliver high quality, safe and effective products and services to our customers and patients, meeting exceeding expectations;
  • make the details of our policy known to all interested parties;
  • comply with all legal requirements, codes of practice and compliance standards applicable to our activities;
  • adopt a risk-based approach to all that we do such that the actions, resources and assets of the business are deployed to best deliver value based services;
  • provide the resources (staff, facilities, equipment) to meet our objectives;
  • ensure all employees are aware of their individual obligations in respect of this policy;
  • ensure that our services are performed in such a way as to protect the environment and, where possible, assist our clients and interested parties to do the same;
  • deliver continuous improvement in all that we do
  • continuously audit and assess the applicability, vulnerability, effectiveness and scope of our business management systems, products and services via internal and external audits and assessment tools

 

This policy provides a framework for setting, monitoring, reviewing, and achieving our objectives, programmes and targets
