At HBSUK, governance, ethical practice, and regulatory compliance are embedded at the core of how we operate and deliver services.
Our exceptional Medical Advisory Board provides independent assurance, oversight and strategic clinical guidance. Comprising nationally recognised consultants, they ensure we uphold the highest levels of patient care, with all pathways, processes and decisions meeting rigorous safety, quality and regulatory standards.

Our service delivery is continuously reviewed, with outcomes, incidents and complaints systematically analysed to support transparent reporting and ongoing improvement. Each speciality holds monthly governance meetings, and our digital services operate under CQC and MHRA registration.
Continuous improvement and patient safety are supported through a formal audit process, ensuring services remain clinically safe and optimised for better patient outcomes.
This is underpinned by rigorous auditing, incident reporting, and complaints management with clear escalation pathways, alongside regular governance meetings, and ongoing patient and clinician feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Our Medical Advisory Board brings together nationally recognised experts and highly experienced clinical leaders.
