Ten Consecutive Months of Waiting List Reductions in NHS Wales

HBSUK partnered with NHS Wales to tackle extended waiting lists across South Wales, working across six Health Boards and 11 specialties to increase capacity and help more patients access care sooner. Through insourced first outpatient appointments and additional NHS clinics, the programme supported 119,334 patients and became the largest insourcing initiative in NHS Wales history.
