We are HBSUK, the controller responsible for your personal data. We know the security and confidentiality of your data is important to you, and we take data protection very seriously. We will always be transparent about how and why we collect your data and how we use it.
Data protection details
We have appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) responsible for overseeing our compliance with all data protection standards including UK General Data Protection Regulation (UKGDPR), Data Protection Act 2018 (DPA) and Data Use and Access Act 2025 (DUAA).
HBSUK is registered with the Information Commissioners Office (ICO). Our registration number is ZA132941.
